He has held positions at a Fortune 500 company, a major international bank and served as financial analyst with an international investment group with over $1 Billion in revenue. Philippe has extensive operational and international finance experience as well as a background in advising high-net-worth clients, raising funds and interfacing with Wall Street. • Led $550 million budgeted Integrated Economic Zone development
• Analyzed potential merger of two major Caribbean media companies

Philippe holds a Ph.D. from Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business. His research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and exploring quantitative methodologies for making data-driven and evidence-based business decisions.
